Copyright and Limitations on Use

• Resell or redistribute any content, data, or tools from SellerSheet.
• Reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, publish, broadcast, or circulate any content from the Services to others, including within the same company or organization, without our express prior written consent.
• Use automated tools, such as data scraping, to extract data outside the intended functionalities of the Services.

As an exception, you may share an insubstantial portion of content on an occasional basis with others, provided you:

• Include all copyright and proprietary notices as they appear on the original content.
• Attribute the source with the phrase: "Used with permission from SellerSheet https://www.sellersheetai.com."

Account Ownership and Responsibility

Account Ownership

The individual or entity that creates the account and provides the Payment Method ("Account Owner") is responsible for all activity associated with the account. To maintain security, the Account Owner should:

• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Refrain from sharing account access unless explicitly allowed under the purchased plan.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of the account.

Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive for more than three (3) months, we may consider it "inactive" and delete the account and all associated data without prior notice.

Payments, Billing, and Usage Charges

Subscription and Billing

• Subscription fees are charged on the date you sign up for the Service ("Subscription Date") and continue based on the billing cycle of your chosen plan.
• Payments are due in full at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable.
• If your Payment Method fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.

No Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable, including partially used periods or subscriptions canceled before the end of the billing cycle. Support services, templates, and custom development are also non-refundable.

Customer Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice in the following cases:

• Non-Payment: Failure to pay subscription fees or overage charges.
• Unauthorized Account Use: Sharing login credentials or using the Service outside authorized terms.
• Breach of Terms: Violating any provision of these Terms.
• Unacceptable Conduct: Behavior deemed unacceptable at our sole discretion.

If we terminate your account without cause, we may refund a prorated portion of prepaid fees. Upon termination, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

User Responsibilities and Indemnification

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only as intended and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Indemnify and hold harmless SellerSheet, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

SellerSheet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to regularly review these Terms.
